1. Citizenship by Birth
You are automatically eligible for Turkish citizenship if:
- At least one of your parents is a Turkish citizen (regardless of where you are born).
- If both parents are Turkish citizens, you are also a Turkish citizen by birth.
2. Citizenship by Marriage
You may apply for Turkish citizenship if:
- You have been married to a Turkish citizen for at least three years, and
- You are still married and living together at the time of application.
3. Citizenship by Investment

- Buying real estate worth at least $400,000 and committing to hold it for three years.
- Depositing at least $500,000 in a Turkish bank for a minimum of three years.
